Conditions générales

Program and Service Prices

All service rates offered are subject to change and availability at the time of booking confirmation.

Shared Tours

A shared tour means that the service may be carried out together with other travelers of different nationalities and ages, operated by one or more tourism providers. Groups may vary depending on availability and service logistics.

If the client prefers an exclusive experience, they may request a private tour option, subject to availability and applicable rates.

One day before the shared tour, an approximate pickup and return time range will be assigned. It is important to respect the indicated schedules to avoid delaying the group. The tour duration may vary depending on traffic, weather conditions, or the pace of the group; therefore, the return time is only referential.

Seating within the transportation vehicle is generally assigned according to pickup order or arrival.

Entrance tickets to tourist attractions may be included as additional services during the purchase process or purchased directly at the location. Ticket prices may vary without prior notice.

Minors must participate in tours accompanied by a responsible adult.

Since many activities take place outdoors, the natural characteristics of the landscape may vary depending on weather conditions and natural daylight.

Pets are not allowed during tourist activities.

Reservations, Payments and Deposits

To confirm a reservation, full payment of the service or the corresponding deposit must have been made.

The reservation will be considered confirmed when the client receives a confirmation notification via email or WhatsApp from the operator or the company responsible for the service.

According to Peruvian regulations, foreign tourists may be exempt from the IGV tax (18%). To apply for this exemption, a copy of the document used to enter the country and the date of entry into Peru must be provided.

If this information is not available, the corresponding tax will be applied.

Reservations for Tourist Programs and Tours

Every confirmed reservation guarantees the requested services within the contracted program or itinerary.

The passenger must identify themselves with their identity document or passport to begin the provision of the tourist service.

It is the passenger’s responsibility to provide arrival, departure, and any special service requirements information in advance.

If the program includes transportation, the passenger must arrive on time at the indicated place and time for check-in and boarding.

All ticket reservations are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be endorsed.

Tours may be subject to weather conditions. If an activity cannot be carried out due to weather factors, a similar alternative or rescheduling may be offered depending on availability.

Responsibility and Force Majeure

The company will not be responsible for the cancellation or modification of services due to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, political movements, strikes, accidents, or other force majeure situations beyond its control.

In these cases, alternatives or rescheduling may be offered depending on availability.

The company acts as an intermediary between passengers and tourism service providers such as hotels, operators, transportation companies, airlines, or other providers. Each provider operates under its own conditions and legal regulations.

The company will not be responsible for losses, damages, or injuries caused by services provided by third parties.

If a provider stops operating due to internal, labor, or legal reasons, refund or compensation processes will be carried out according to current regulations and procedures established by the corresponding authorities.
